Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hooraywellness.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Send us an email at hello@hooraywellness.com with your order number and a description (with photos if possible) of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
